Same issue here. I’ve done everything to unlock them, yet they are still locked out.

Have to go to Orgimmar for the intro quest like the other allied races it seems.

Same thing here but with Kul Tirans (I don’t have Exalted yet with the Empire on my Horde, but I’m close and did the other stuff, but those things aren’t registering).
