yeah you should have a quest to unlock the new races. Head to the embassy in Org.

is it the quest to talk to bronzebeard? sorry, thats the only quest that pops up…
If you’ve fulfilled all the prerequisites then Rohkan should be at the embassy with a quest.
If he isn’t there you may want to double check and/or reload.

As with every other allied race added since 8.0, you have to undertake an emissary quest chain to actually unlock the race. Ever. Other. Allied. Race.
Confirmed, i had all the achievements but didn’t realise to go to the Emissary. Thank you for the info!
