The mounts need to be sized up for Zandalari males.
Zandalari males use the same model as Nelf males and Nelf mounts are larger.
A zandalari male on an otter basically has their toes dragging on the ground. Upsize mounts to the nelf size.

This is a legit reason I hate playing larger races is because some of my favorite mounts look awful with them.
The broom makes this character drag its feet through the floor at the ground level, and it’s the main reason I don’t use it.
Good suggestion OP. Poor Zandalari feet get dirty with the way mounts are and Orgrimmar. 
This is why I’m a Druid.
I am my mount. Most specifically, I am a Black Raven.
When we get dynamic flying I will never use a mount ever again. As I’m all that is necessary.
It’s so hard finding shoes that actually cover my feet.

I don’t think that’s true.
It is, kind of. Zandalari males use night elf rigging and skeleton, but the body is changed a bit. It’s not entirely the same model, but the base pieces of it are.
