Was just wondering if its intended. Embrace of Kimbul your damaging abilities have a chance to cause the target to bleed over 6s. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
It wasn’t counting towards the balance talent Waning Twilight When you have 3 periodic effects on a target, your damage and healing on them are increased by 4%.
Was just trying it out thinking it should since it’s a bleed and swipe and rake count.
Doesn’t Proc alot but would help with up time.
