I would like to know the reason behind why he was chosen tbh. He was like the last CM on the forums or that I’ve seen in a while Really sucks
RIP the best CM we’ve had on these forums. Hopefully they find a better job soon.
The ability to post links sometimes doesn’t work and it made the post not actually post. I’m not sure why, but I edited it and it worked now.
WoW Team: “Hey we’re going to communicate a lot better with our players, we promise!”
Lays off one of the few employees who talks to players
Press F (ten)
Worst part of this is that without the yak communication with community and devs is now zero.
Sad, sad day my friends.
So essentially we have no cms who will post on forums (at least GD) anymore. That sucks, considered Ythisens the last one who really ever showed up and now Blizz screws that up.
It’s posted now and all set, I edited my initial post to say there’s a source if we scroll down ^^ Thanks guys.
But again… ugh.
…Of all the people to be laid off, the community manager who talked to us, helped us get our elite mogs, and actually gave the arena community some attention is the guy to get laid off?
Straight up nonsense. Absolute nonsense.
If I remember correctly, Ythisens may have helped the Void Elf Females get their twirl back. Either way, thanks so much for your service, and much appreciated!
So who will be blue posting in place of the Ythisens?
F
He literally was the best Community Manager on the team. How could you fire someone like him.
Sorry to hear. Not a good sign if they are trimming from the forum moderators.
Could this mean a further distancing of a section of the playing community from the developers?
Ha, good joke. Blizzard communicating.
What a shame I really liked him
Unfortunately, the initiative to improve communication was a Wow developer thing. ATVI wouldn’t have cared either way.
You got to be kidding me.
BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT.
You have committed crimes against humanity. What say you in your defense?
Jesus freaking Christ. This can’t be happening.
