Sad, so sad. No PC games or IP with anything coming in the pipeline, only WoW to hold the fort and a dying OW.
I guess that is why i am buying Anthem as my time in both of those games goes down. I mean when all OW has for content to look forward to is the next popular character they select to be gay and the next female character release (because that is what ALMOST ALL of the characters have been since release), not much really to get enthused to play.
The worst part is to say that somehow they made MORE MONEY THAN EVER as a company but needed to make room so they could create more games…what games? Mobile games? LOL, good luck with that while your playerbase (PC GAMERS in case anyone at Blizz needed a hint) goes to play other games.
Good luck to Ythisens.
Blizzard will reap what they are sowing, sad though to watch, just like 2018 Blizzcon is painful to watch. To see how disconnected from the playerbase they are. They have a MASSIVE audience at Blizzcon filled with ALL PC GAMERS that spent upwards of thousands of dollars to be there and also play on several thousand dollar rigs and love the company, to see the shock of a phone game for Diablo…honestly i think it will be a watershed moment in Blizzards history, the moment when they decided that it wasn’t the games that made the company great and huge but the money that mattered.
Almost all large companies go through this but not really so publicly, where finance is EVERYWHERE and it starts to shape everything as the company tries to save money for more profit. They forget that it was the products that created the success that brought the money. And they focus solely on money and everything else just suffers until there is nothing left but an empty shell of what was.
Very sad, but i am not surprised, have feared this ever since Blizzcon 2018 and what crapfest that was because afterall we all have phones right?
The playerbase had zero to do with the actions of a multi billion dollar company. Its a disgusting thing say. Lay the blame at the feet of those who fired him, not the people who have absolutely zero say in the matter.
How can you honestly go to bat for Blizzard here and point the finger at us?
Just to be clear, you are blaming the customers who had precisely zero corporate influence for the layoffs initiated by the Activision Blizzard corporation? Maybe you would be better suited directing your ire at the corporation? Just a thought.
And you think you’re feedback was ignored in the past… How many behind the seen customer service people were laied off today??? WTF Allen? Is Wow not profitable enough anymore to keep on one of the few CM’s you guys had?
Dislike WoW or diablo or whatever else, but realize doing so just cost a very good man his job today, for pretty much no real reason.
You should honestly lose your MVP status over that statement. You do not represent any part of this community with that horribly placed, awfully timed sentiment.
