Feed back about crappy torments in Torghast? GOOD feedback. Sure. That’s all fine and dandy.
But feed back where you’re telling players they’re going to be bad if they don’t pick the Venthyr covenant because of the teleport ability; and blizzard needs to nerf it? BAD feedback.
Those “influencers” always out here thinking they know what’s best for the game because they play the very very top end because its their job to sit around and play WoW all day is what ruins game development and causes the increase in outrage culture. Tubby didn’t get what he wants, so he’s going to make a youtube video complaining about it to his thousands of sheep!

Hope Blizz doesn’t cater to those bald nerds and nerf everything in alpha to “unfun” levels.
Youtubers aren’t the problem. The problem that creates meta slaves is the fact that there is a mathematical best way to play the game, and the fact that people are smart enough to figure that out.
Don’t blame youtubers or web guides, blame the fact that you care about the meta enough to notice meta slaves.
If you want to do less damage you can always choose to don’t let a youtuber tell you otherwise but if you get kicked from a group for making the wrong decision on a covenant thats on you but with you attatude I’m gonna say you dont do that that would put you in that situation
Gatekeeping content creators from discussing metas will not prevent metas from existing.
You can mathematically calculate the best talents, stats, and playstyle for every class in every scenario. This is a game of numbers, and there will always be a #1. This is an absolute truth, you can’t avoid it in a game like this.
I rate Bellular very highly for NOT telling players what to do. Infact, I am gonna go sub, he is always in my suggested feed and I watch his videos anyway… though I always skip first ~5 minutes to cover his VPN shilling/nonsense intros.
Preach tends to as his name implies be a bit preachy with “this feels bad or that feels bad I am a mythic raider I know what I am talking about”… but usually within the context of what most wow players will do anyway.
I think Taliesen and evital… Taliesan and Evitel??? whatever they generally do a good high energy “wow is fun and you should play because its fun and dont worry about the numbers” type of video.
I have never watched asmo so cant comment on him.
Basically between all the YT content creators I think most view points are covered.
And if you watched that video he said that things need to be changed like tying the covenant abilities to possibly the soul binds and he even went as far as he could be wrong and stated he has no problem if he is wrong.
He never said people had to take the Venthyr ability . He just said that it and Night Fae ability are stronger because of the movement enhance they give.
