And I don’t mean this in a good way. We know why you are doing it, you want avoid both the troll comments and the legit (though at this point ad nauseum) criticisms. Cutting peoples voice off at the knees though, not the best way to go about it for the MAJORITY playerbase.

Going the way of the new world order when all media companies years back disabled commenting because they did not want to see how many thumbs up are given to their opposition per the paid crisis actors we know they use.
Before comments were disabled on most sites there was at the time trending news about -DO WE REALLY STILL NEED GREETERS AT THE FRONT OF STORES?
My reply was: When I go shopping after work I am there just for my family needs. I am not there to make friends. I buy the items I need then head right home.
I had over 7,000 up votes before they disabled the comments.

Tbh, i think making video responses would’ve been more effective anyways.
I do agree this is silly of them to not let people comment or such without a sub.
Why you have to subscribe? Couldn’t you just… watch the video? 
There’s plenty of channels i like to watch their videos, like LGR, TRO, RadRat, etc, that i’m not even subbed to.
Going to their youtube would have saved you from making such a silly comment.
now why would i do that when all the impotant stuff is on twitter.

That’s pretty awful. Doesn’t affect me I guess because I refuse to log into a google account while watching youtube. But if there ever is the day that channels can require you to sub before you can even watch I guess that’ll suck because I’m not about to log in.

No they don’t. I use containerization to fully separate my web activities, I also use ad and resource blocking both in browser and at my network perimeter, and rotate IPs not infrequently. All cookies except those I whitelist are auto-deleted after 10 minutes.
I know this because among other things my youtube results are never personalized. They’re always the vaguest popular things and don’t start to recommend me things based on my past habits.
