You're willing to change the rules of transmog

First of all, not letting us transmog warglaives as rogue/warrior is low blow and opening a very old wound then poring salt into it.

Secondly, if you’re willing to change transmog system then please just give us retail transmog and dressing room.

Thanks.

Let us hide equipment slots.

Add “you have not collected this appearance” to items for tracking.

Optional: add the shoulder system too.

I do not understand the gatekeeping. There is no consistency in anything here.

Sure there is. The consistency is “what is the easiest to implement”. And it’s not just a simple matter of ‘copy Retail’.

7Hells, look at how much broke just getting Retail to act like Cata.

There is actually, their consistently copypasting code from retail systems and whatever ends up showing up in a functional state in Classic is suddenly treated as intended.

Omg yes this is so annoying, we have definitely moved on from #nochanges already, I want to mog the many tabard collections I have but you can only do it for green, blue, purp not white. If people can mog legendaries now and we have the appearance screen from retail and shared gear that didn’t exist in cata at all, they should give us the retail transmog at this point.

Good one lol :stuck_out_tongue: I just wish they would give us options to hide slots and maybe make tabards + shirts green quality which allows us to mog all of them on top.

Unfortunately it isn’t a joke.

Just a bit more options/availability blizz this is a simple slam dunk to make options for people.

Not being able to transmog warglaives makes me glad I never got them, but my enhance shaman could not use swords, so it was never going to happen.

The consistency is that you weren’t able to do it in Cata the first time, so you aren’t able to now.

This was known information, like come on.

The same people would whine if you could Tmog them, “WAAAA only people who got them in TBC should get to Tmog them”. Anyone who played even an hour of OG Cata knew this was gonna happen.

should definitely be able to mog glaives, why is it the only one you can’t mog. also don’t know why they don’t just add retail version of mog, it’s more than halfway there already just let us hide specific pieces etc.

There is also a design flaw with the current collections tab because of how lazily they added it to cata. Since they made it so items with the same model all go ‘under’ one specific item, I’m unable to transmog a one handed sword because there is another sword with the same model that is mainhand only, so it essentially thinks my one hander is a mainhand sword and now I can’t transmog my offhand sword because of it.

you can fix that by rightclicking the sword in the tab and then choosing the non mainhand.

I think if you can not see it because you do not have a mainhand equipped a work around might help to equip any main hand weapon that can be mogged and then swap it with right click in the tab at the mog guy. Then swap back to your normal weapons and it should be the one you just swapped to and can choose it now.

I want hide shoulders so bad. I’m having a great time leveling and it’s the only thing missing for me.

You can transmog legendaries? they just changed the rules, the thread is about how Glaives aren’t transmoggable which has been a point of contention by the warrior/rogue community since demon hunters have been able too.

My point was about Glaives.

If they change it great, but it was known already.

You weren’t able to transmog legendaries at all in Cata. Now you can. Glaives are the only exception and it’s because they copied the code from retail, where only demon hunters can. If it were consistent with Cata as you claim it is, then no legendaries would be transmoggable

Hello. Hide all slots except pants please and allow glaives to be mogged thanks

Plz allow warglaives to be tmogged

Please fix transmogs for Warriors, Paladins, Hunters and Shamans under level 40.

The modern-ish version of transmog doesn’t play well with the classic system of level-gated armor types.

I want to make my low level shaman look great, just like I can make my low level priest look great.
