Make massive improvements to the Nightborne player model and character customizations, update Suramar as a functional city hub, as well as update the entirety of Silvermoon & Quelāthalas.
Lastly, I would order the visual FX department to produce an expensive CG video detailing the events of Thalyssra and Lorāthemarās wedding, and then I would quit.

Thatās probably more of an animation issue, not an art direction one. Weāre talking about a project Blizz pulled the plug on halfway through. Itās clear they never finished (or even started?) the animations for the modelsā faces. So now everyone talks with sock puppet mouths and dead, expressionless eyes.
Oh, and the majority of models now only have one stand animation and one attack animation. Including freaking Rexxar, who is the main character of his own campaign.
This game was barely even started, let alone finished.

Spend a lot of times on forums, Q&A, and polling to get a broad sentiment of player feed back and general direction of the game.
Then do the opposite.

Reassign Ion back to being lead dev for raids/dungeons something he is really good at.
Create a fourth pillar for solo/casuals to progress their characters like rest of the player base has.
Hire more and better mods for the forums.
Have said mods start perma banning anyone who belittles, bashes even disrespects LFR players it will go both ways and they also perma ban any LFR player who does same to normal to mythic players.
Readd slime cat back to LFR and implement four colors one for each difficulty so everyone can get one.

Everything but gear is account wide.
Add a lot more player customization.
Allow Dragonflight in every zone
Remove Soars CD and Un-Nerf it along with allowing Dragonriding talents to effect it
Give Druids a Dragon/Drake form that is Dragonriding
Give Demon Hunters Dragon flight with their demon Wings.
Add more Races and Mini-Games using those systems.

Donāt worry, player housing would be a thing, not only that but there would be styles for each race and color variants for each, lots more mogs, recolors of existing onesā¦ Youāre talking to an RPer whoās wanted some of these things forever
