For WoW:
- Increase QA staff
- Add GMs who āspecializeā in monitoring in-game chat and LFG tool
- Add forum mods who actually read the forums and know (and will take permanent action against) known trolls (we all know who Iām talking about)
- Reduce time spent removing fun things that have no impact on the game whatsoever
- Remove whoever is making decisions to cut / nerf things that your play testers are praising
- Remove rogues from the game and ban anyone who ever mained one.
- Bring back dislike buttons on the forums.
- Tie forum ignores to bnet accounts, not characters.
For Starcraft
- Make a 3rd RTS, MMO, or survival type game based in the SC universe. Seriously, Starcraft is amazing and has tons of potentialā¦ who the heck made the call to abandon it?!
For Overwatch
- Add all competitive modes, all the time. There are tons of people who hate the toxic team base competitive modes, but love the other comps like deathmatch or Lucioball.
For HotS
- Nothing, what needed to be done has been done (maintenance mode)
For Diablo
- Fire whoever is pushing you toward the extremely P2W microtransactions. Switch the ābonusesā or whatever to a sub vs F2P model so you donāt have whales, but still make tons of money. Microtransactions are great for cosmetic only.
I would try and get original staff back with just a legal agreement not to make toxic workplace. Unless they really deserved to be let go or what have you. This goes for original GM staff that we as players really liked.
I would Fire all writers involved with Shadowlands.
I would also fire anyone who had political stuff on their desk or in their work area. Republican or Democrat paraphernalia have no place at work either, along with religion or organizational stuff like the LGBTQ/MAGA/BLM. Itās divisive and disrupts productivity and creates hostile work environments for everyone regardless of your political views.
Youāre there to work and produce a product for the consumer and make me money, end of discussion.
What you do on your own time is your business as long as it doesnāt reflect and hurt the company business or image.
I would hire a PR personnel to communicate with the player base. Someone quick witted with thick skin, who can work to improve customer relations.
I would hold in game events, prizes and so on to keep players engaged.
Than I would raise monthly rates. 
i would release the complete version of Warlords of Dranor.
Take all the money and run while the slaves keep the money pouring in. Daddy needs retirement money.
Hire actually in game GMs and forum moderation. That is the easy fix

- In regards to WoW.
I would give WoW more support where itās needed so the game is not lacking in some areas.
More customization for the players characters. More freedom with transmog. Let players unlock transmog options for equipment they canāt use if they get it from old raids.
More events, update old holiday events + the Dark moon Faire so they are actually fun. Add in a new transmog, toys or mounts every year. For me, I donāt mind if people are not playing WoW 24/7 every day of the year. But I want to give them even more reasons to return to the game after breaks. I know as a kid I would always get excited for the holiday events in Runescape, I want that same feeling in WoW that brings players back to the game even if they are not interested in endgame content.
Likely remove LFR and make normal raiding something you can choose to queue for. Remove the mythic item level gear from the game, capping it at heroic, but I would have a really awesome set and mount (far more so they they are now.), for each class that clears mythic, and I sure as hell would make sure they actually look good personally, no more hunter trash outfits. This would make gearing and item level gaps less of an issue.
More solo content, and open world content to entertain players when they are not doing the big three end game activities.
More cosmetics in the store to increase the games income, I would have them mainly be silly things like the yeti outfit or things that donāt fit in the world as much. I would not let them make more mounts and transmog that clearly should be a reward from gameplay.
This might be too crazy of an idea, but make it so you can play heathstone and that new phone game they are making playable in WoW. It would be awesome in my opinion.
WoW should still be a cash cow and I think I could get more value out of it while improving the game rather than other milking it.
- I would hire a RTS team to create WC4 and a new Starcraft. Maybe a HOTS 2 if they think they can make it work. I donāt mind copying what other games do and making it better. In WC4 make it so you can create a custom hero like in the old LOTR RTS games, this was a great feature, so you can play as your WoW character if you wish.
These IPās have been wasted in my opinion. RTS is not as popular as other forms of games but they are still profitable and if done right a WC4 would be great in addition to WoW.

More phone games, while people might be mad over this, and I would not have my main people focus on it. I do think phone games bring in so much money for little effort compared to normal games that itās foolish not making any of them when you have such a big company.

This one would be a big maybe as it might not be worth the risk. But I would look into making a massive single player RPG game like Skyrim set in the WoW universe. Iām sure I could cut down on costs by sharing assets with WoW but I think this might be a bit risky and it might be better to just add more single player content in WoW. This is a big wish of mine though.

I would buy as many shares as possible. And attempt to remove/disable the ability for more shares to be sold. No more open shares. No more company answers to a greedy group (shareholders) who care about nothing except short term gains. Focus on actually making a good company that produces good and quality products over all else. Give everyone a living wage. Zero tolerance sexual harassment policy. Fire Ion. Hire based on passion for the product. Promote based on skill not seniority. Accountability for employees especially the people in lead positions. Lower my wage. Distribute my bonuses to random employees. Quality over quantity. Quality over speed. Temporarily shut down diablo immortal. Give everyone a refund and retune the monetization to not be super scummy. Give out polls for players so we can get actual answers about what the majority of the players actually want to see in the game. Give incentives for the poll. Maybe free month of subscription. Or a mount or battle pet. Communicate. Give a roadmap. Donāt have hard deadlines but guesstimates that are explicitly not deadlines or promise by dates or make those very far away if needed for legal reasons.
Scrap a raid tier for some real player housing if thatās what it takes
And also delete mechagnomes
