I bring back Mark of the Wild, obviously with current good buffs and without resistances and armor, because who needs those?
Also, I just want to buff people while they’re walking by again.

I’d make several changes.
Make NPC actually deal damage so I can feel like the world in wow is dangerous and interesting as 120.

Opposite. You can now play up to 5 of your own characters with the AI controlling the other 4 like Dragon Age or Final Fantasy 12.

Remove a majority of class/race gating. Worgen monks should be a thing. And then I’d sneak in Worgen tails.

There are a lot of RPG changes I’d make, but I’ll settle for this one.
Lizard race… Neutral can swing horde or Alliance…
Preferably a dragon like race, but am willing to settle with the sethrak.
