I’d honestly swap out Kul’Tirans and Worgen.
Yeah, while Worgen do actually look like those Mexican Hairless Dogs, they are English are likely have more in common with the mastiffs. In fact, Worgen Hunters start out with their own mastiff dogs.
Worgen, I’d either say are mastiffs, or wild undomesticated dogs aka Wolves lol.
Kul Tirans fit as mastiffs too, as they are English as well, but I’d honestly say British or English Bulldog fits KTs just as well. It’s another type of mastiff.
