Blood Elf: Doberman Pinscher if a dog has to be chosen.
I’d say they’re panthers but that’s not a dog breed.
Lizard isn’t a dog breed. I can’t really think of a dog breed they’d be, maybe a St. Bernard since they can not only attack but heal too and known for saving the day if they have a keg attached to them.
I’d have said Orc: Cane Corso.
Dobie or my first thought was a Greyhound.

Greyhound came to mind also but they aren’t vicious enough.
BE’s are known for viciousness. Had to be to survive.
