Out of curiosity, I wanted to see how much time I’ve actually sunk into this game since I started playing in late 07 (ish).
So I went through all of the characters that survived deletion over the years and here is my number.
801 days 4 hours 15 minutes
I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Just curious how my time compares to others.

All my characters combined add up to over 1k hours /played over the course of eleven years.
I’m not sure, I have a lot of alts. My main is a new character, and only has 12 days. My druid I’ve had since BC has 60 days, my other character I made in BC has 49 days, then I have a ton of other characters with numerous days spent playing them.
I would guess probably around 200. Is there an addon that will combine all of your character’s hours, or something on the website for wow?
I literally just logged on to all my characters and typed /played, typed the numbers on notepad and used a calculator to add it all up. Took about ten minutes, as I double checked my math.
If there is an easier way, which there probably is, I’m not aware of it.
According to Altoholic, I have 54 days played on this toon (this toon only became my main in 8.3).
And according to Altoholic I have an unspeakable number played across all toons . . .
Ah it tallies them all up? That would have been nice to know lol. Maybe I’ll have it double check my math.

most of my mains make it to 50 days before i swap to a new paladin
I’m fat so it’s ok
around 320 days across all my characters, around 118 on my warlock, 80 on this hunter and 66 on my warrior (my " mains" )
I don’t track it anymore as I multibox and 1 minute = 1*however many accounts I’m on, but before I stopped tracking it last year when I started boxing I was at 1600 days on my one account.
Only 1600 days? Gotta pump those numbers up! Those are rookie numbers in this bracket!

Yep. Counting all my deleted characters of the years, I’m certain I’ve pushed beyond the 1500 tier a long time ago. At one point, when I used to track my time played and actually remembered to load xfire, it had tracked nearly 10,000 hours. And that was years ago.
fwiw, I started in June '05, and have had an active subscription nearly that entire time.
Yea, there’s no account wide /played is there? I’m going to venture a guess I’m in the solid 1500+ days combined. WotLK wasn’t really a good time for my social life. XD

Yeah I wish I could have played more during that time, but I was active duty and deployed quite often in those days.
Man, it was great then. It was the same 25 of us on every night. Cleared ICC repeatedly. We knew the tone of each other’s voices. We had it on lockdown. We did that for I think over a year. By far my best World of Warcraft experience.
