Teracgosas staff quest, Unable to get the starting quest due to abandoning questline years prior.
Wowhead suggested going into Firelands (as a raid group) to kill molten lords or giants to get the quest to pop up (full clear didnt work)
Second step was trying to find the NPC in org, also unsuccessful
finally the hail mary was to try completing one of the og cata raids (BoT) and then to check to see if the NPC had appeared, and that was no use aswell.
so basically as it stands from my point of view the starting quest is unobtainable and that is very disheartening
