Your strongest character?

If you roleplay, which of your characters is the strongest?

Do they have feats of strength from RPing or previous storytelling?

What can they do?

It’s an easy choice for me as I’ve only recently joined an RP server for the first time transferring this character from their old one. So Kazuro Jadefist, Orcish Mistweaver wins by default.

He is pretty strong, but I envision him as more focused on and preferring the healing side of the Monk arts. But still more than capable of putting up a good fight should it prove necessary.

I do have other characters I may eventually transfer or recreate who are stronger but no way am I doing that until I feel much more established and settled in to the story/world as this one. I’ve had a great first week and a bit and met lots of great characters and been to a few enjoyable events so things are off to a good start.

I would have to say out of all of my characters that I RP it would have to be Doseki Wildhammer here. I’ve had him since Cata when Dwarves became capable of rolling the class.

From a story standpoint he’d been around since before the War of Three Hammers. Though he’d mostly been in the Elemental plains learning his craft. The Patriarch of the clan of dwarves that bear his name, he was thought a legend lost to time being well over 500 years old by the time of Cata and his return to Azeroth proper.

Doseki is both a Bronze Watcher, and an Elemental Ascendant making him virtually immortal. from a distance he looks like any other Wildhammer Dwarf however when he is examined closer one can see that he is a true balance between the elements made flesh. His skin strong as Stone, his body warmed by an internal fire, his body smooth as water, and his eyes white as snow with arcs of lighting coursing through them.

Unlike normal Shaman Doseki doesn’t have to ask the elements for aid as he can draw on his own elemental power if need be. Sporting an Axe that was forged within the elemental plains as a totem allowing him to channel his power and that of the others around him.

I like to call him my Mary Sue due to me only using him when I need a character to really wreak something.

Speaking as a fanfic writer, not an RP-er.

There’s two primary characters in stuff I’ve actively written (see my posts, both new topic and prompt responses in these forums), and a third that I’ve been working on:

  • Tanthelara Rosecrown- a former priestess of the Light in Silvermoon, survivor of the Scourge and destruction of the Sunwell, corrupted by the Void when her betrothed died during the assault on Icecrown over 10 years ago. The trauma led her to question her faith in the Light, allowing an entrance for the Void’s influence to take hold. Still tentatively maintains a connection to the Light, however. Now seeks a way to free herself from the Void.

  • Fahr Dawnshade (deceased)- priest of the Light who answered the call to duty and underwent profane rituals to harness the Light’s power. His resolve in his convictions allowed him to wield the Light exceptionally well. Betrothed to Ms. Rosecrown. Fell when his group got overwhelmed by Scourge forces in Icecrown while attempting to establish a forward base deeper into the glacier. Held a deep hatred of humans after the hardships caused by the actions of Arthas and Garithos, which manifested in the opportunistic slaughter of the weak or innocent on multiple occasions.

  • Rin Dawnshade- former magister of Silvermoon and younger brother to Fahr. Became intrigued by the potency of fel magic when Kael’thas Sunstrider introduced the resource to his people as a measure to slate their arcane addiction. Sees himself as a disciple of the fallen Sun King, carefully studying the prince’s failures in attempt to perfect the “true legacy” of the Sunstrider dynasty – an Azeroth where the sin’dorei reign surpreme, powered by an inexhaustible supply of demon souls and the fel magic they contain.

The three above are all fairly equal in terms of overall ability/power; Rin certainly has the most raw power due to his studies of arcane & fel power, however his older brother’s experience in warfare and as a soldier would give him a tactical advantage whereas his training/abilities as a paladin would give him the endurance needed to withstand the onslaught. Tanthelara, while not possessing the sheer firepower of Rin or the fortitude of Fahr, has powers & abilities that strike the middle ground between the two - namely in the form of paranormal attacks that assault the psyches & souls of her foes - but her most potent ability/power is that of persuasion or mind control.

With the Shadowlands breaching into Azeroth due to the weakening of the membranes between worlds initiated by the Black Empire’s overlay (headcanon), the balance of power may shift as Tan & Rin explore the realms of the afterlife. As for Fahr, one can only imagine how he has changed in the decade following the Arbiter’s judgement of his soul.

My character’s stories aren’t about comic book superheroics. They’;re about what they do do with the situations they have.

My main is a Light forged human paladin, who was 18 during the second war and has been in every conflict, war, or major battle from the second war up until 8.3. Im kinda RPing him like a suarfang type character in that he feels bad for have outlasted everyone, even his draenei wife, which he meet during the draenei first contact. He is also my oldest character i ever made, as i made him when i was around 8-9 a couple of years before Wow came out and i used him to play in a Dnd campaign my brother made, so when wow came out a human paladin was the first thing i ever made. The “draenei wife” part was my, girlfriend and after she stopped playing in like Wod i put in that she died. It might not be the strongest character ever but i like to think he has some impressive moments as there is about 21 years worth of story for him.

Lyoogram was an orc born in the seventh year just after the humans started the internment camps. Most of his young life he had heard tales of how fierce and powerful the orc were.

At the age of 13, Thrall shows up and starts dismantling the camps. During one attack Lyoog gets knocked to the ground and watches as a human slaughters is once shaman mother. Angered, he picks up a sword and stabs the human in the chest, taking his first life.

He spent the next few years learning, training, fighting. Never giving up. Never faltering.

Many times he has been knocked down, but he always gets back up.

Why does he fight? To protect what he loves? For glory? For the thrill of battle? Or because no one else will?
