Ever since coming back to retail the day before 11.1.7, I’ve been harassed by your player base. I’ve tried reporting multiple of them, but it’s starting to feel like you don’t respond to these reports. I’m just trying to do keys and these players have such bad manners. I’m not going to keep reporting people if the wording of the social contract isn’t accurate as to what is allowed. It’s ridiculous that people get to harass still about player skill and kicking them from groups. I’ve been insulted by almost all of them for basically no reason and you have yet to do anything about it. I want to have fun, instead every key ends in a tantrum from one of the players. Fix the wording or fix your report system.

if you are being kicked from keys then make your own post. and players do have a right to remove someone from the group if they are not pulling their weight

Report them. Blizzard will not tell you of any sanction against them.

Reports don’t result in instant penalties, they need to be reviewed (regardless of what some who whine about mass reports say). And Blizzard won’t share what they’ve done to an account. And here is a breakdown of the social contract

Not sure why people bring up the Social Contract when what they really want to talk about seems to be getting kicked from Mythic+ (please correct me I’m wrong but it was the content you mentioned).
The Contract is much the same as the document we have been required to agree to, to be able to play since forever. All it does is make each person aware of the game rules, with a little extra ‘be nice to each other’ installed for appropriate social input. It’s not about being ‘accurate’; the game rules are frequently non-specific because of the untold variations of behaviour that can bring about action.
If someone is abusive/threatening/using offensive language etc, then use the Report function and Blizzard will decide if any behaviour deserves a response.
But if you are saying “every key” I have to wonder if there is something you are doing to cause issues. A 100% bad experience seems rather specific.

Hey OP, just flag everyone being rude to you for inappropriate behavior.
Once a few people flag a comment it gets hidden and reviewed by the forum mods
Being kicked isn’t a reportable offense. Leaving a party isn’t a reportable offense. If someone is genuinely insulting you (criticism is not the same, pointing out both responsibility for and failure to complete mechanics is not the same) that is reportable. Nothing else in here is.

I mean its just an admittance that Blizz knows there’s a growing problem but all they can do is regurgitate the rules.

You’re calling it harassment, but they probably just called you bad, which is just a subjective but honest assessment of your ability. You’re the one taking it to the forums and throwing a tantrum, so I’m going to guess that they were right and you’re upset because you’re too ignorant of the game and its mechanics to understand why they criticized your gameplay.
