Noted here and on EU to be 1400 rating points to progress, this was changed in SL to 1000 and either it has been changed back and we were not told, or it’s not correct.
Best to report it to the website bug forum of the feedback optio at the bottom of the article.
You mean the Did you find this article helpful? part? Yeh that does nothing.
It brings it to the attention of the team that can fix it, if there’s something wrong.
There needs to be an actual feedback form on those articles, because currently it’s just “Did this article help you” and you can only say yes or no, you can’t actually note down what is wrong with the article.
So I might say “Wrong info”, but what is wrong? If it’s this obviously wrong to us, and was last updated 2 months ago, but is still wrong, maybe those who update the articles will read it and go “What is wrong?” and change nothing.
Then, as previously mentioned, use the Website Bug Report Forum to alert the proper people. Make sure to give a link to the article you are referring to in the bug report so they know which it is.
