But since–for Lord knows what reason–old PvP titles are NOT account wide, I can’t use any of them because those toons are shelved. I also have Undying, Justicar, Naaru Champion, Seeker of Knowledge, etc.
Really, why AREN’T old PvP titles account wide, when everything else is, including Scarab Lord?

Scout from Vanilla PvP, which I hardly touched back then.
While not super-rare, I use Crusader for this toon as I got it in Wrath when it was still recent content and it’s fitting for a paladin.
Other ones of note are:
Salty, which I only got recently. I had all of the requirements except for the STV fishing tournament in early Wrath, but only very recently finally “won” the tournament. And even then I did it mainly for the heirloom ring.
The Camel-Hoarder, which I got thanks to the awesome folks from the Secret Finding Discord that help others get rare mounts.
Senior Sergeant on my shaman. otherwise “the Bloodthirsty”? i feel like that one should be more common…
According to the site linked before, my rarest title is Shado-Master. I remember it was pretty random and required to check the quest hub every day for over a month.
Probably right, it’s the rarest one I have.

After Knight, it looks like Archdruid – which is pretty interesting, considering you’d think most any druid would get this in Legion.

I have a level 55 hunter on a dead RP server that has the OG Sergeant title from Vanilla. Probably the rarest that I have even if it isn’t a worthwhile title.
Evidently, Khan (0.3%). Also, I refuse to believe that Talon’s Vengeance is THAT rare.
EDIT: The most common title I’m missing is Inquisitor (20.5%).
