Probably right now, since its still fairly new content is “the purifier” from killing mythic Ghuun - but that will all change in a few months / next expac im sure. maybe some of the ones you get from limited time events like Iron Vanguard or what not may be becoming rarer seeing as many people have quit since then

also included on that list of shenanagins is “the chosen” at 2.3%, and titan slayer at 5%

Thought it would be Champion of the Naaru, but by this list it’s of the Shattered Sun. It’s character bound so i guess that makes sense, but it’s also still obtainable and easy to get now.

Not that rare, but “Of the Argent Dawn” is my most rare I believe. I also think the recent “the Horde Slayer” that I got during “Against Overwhelming Odds Week” for the Alliance is fairly rare I think lol.

My oldest is “Jekins” (original) but my rarest, I think, is “Of the Iron Vanguard”.

I think alot of the class titles are going to be inherently Lower. Deathlord was only 3.3%

On the other hand, I’m gratified to know that the Charger is the rarest mount.
