arena forums. your not wrong about the state of SS. tonight i went 3-3 in three of my solo shuffle matches. the result? my rating didnt change at all. you got that right. i gained 0 points for those matches while investing about 3 and a half hours of my time. 
so tell your constituence, their not wrong. SS in its current iteration is just not going to cut it. blizzurd either fix it, or just remove it from the game.

Does it make you feel better to use different numbers? Instead of 3 hours on 3 games, and going 3-3 every time. You spent 3 hours playing 18 games. You lost rating in 9 of those games, and you gained rating in 9 of those games. You just happen to break even.
Wow, screw this game. I wanted to win just a single round of solo shuffle to bump my vault gear for the week up because I’ve only done threes with some guildies and my RSS rating is higher. I got on and after ten minutes my queue popped, three games in the holy paladin who was 0-3 leaves. Then I queue up again, AFTER 35 MINUTES OF WAITING and just wanting to go to bed, my queue finally pops, I just wanted to win a round, ONE ROUND, is that too much to ask? Three games into this shuffle and somebody leaves again, over an hour of my life wasted to I have nothing to show for it. Screw you, Blizzard. P.S. I was on my hunter, because I play preservation on my evoker.
Yep. Misery all around. Good news for you, though, the next update should fix the issue with leavers costing you your points, but HPal will still continue to be awful.

Honestly if you just sat there for 30 minutes waiting for queue to pop, instead of doing literally anything else in game, that’s kinda on you. Now really is the time to wait, because all the leavers are going to get their leaving in now while they still can.

Why should your rating go up if you win and lose the same amount of games?
I can’t think of any rated pvp where you gain rating without winning.
