Back when I was finishing up the last achievement (been waiting a long time for this) to get the heroic Icecrown Frostwyrm the guy that was helping bounced and dropped the group. I walked over to loot Arthas and Invincible was sitting there waiting for me. All cute and undead.

Quite a while ago I was a bit depressed and in a bad headspace. I was just sitting around in Orgrimmar when I saw someone struggling to get signatures for their guild, so I decided to help them out and see if I could find people to sign. Little did I know that random person would become one of my good friends.
We donāt talk anymore, but they helped me see a different side of things and I appreciate the time I spent with them. And that moment is worth far more than my ashes of alar or mimirons head or anything else

Back in TBC, I applied to my first āseriousā raiding guild. As a holy priest, I was assigned to heal the off-tank fairly regularly. As a result, we were in constant communication on Vent (LOL remember those days??) and /whispers for things like, āGonna be out of LoS for a sec,ā and ābig dmg incoming.ā
Fast forward a bit and weāve been together ever since, going on 14 years now. Weāre married with a family and living our happily ever after. Iād say thatās some pretty good luck

I can do better and I doubt anyone will ever believe me, but in one MC run I got both bindings and the eye legendary, if you look at my achievements I made thunderfury and rag hammer ont he same day.
the reason i say no one will believe me is that its hard to proove that I got both bindings on the same run, but I did, plus the eye. meh, was crazy, but id rather have the timewalking dragon tbh

Well, Iāve had Rivendareās mount and Ashes (I think) drop directly on my birthday, and then one day after my birthday (or maybe before, I forget). This happened in consecutive years.
Canāt even remember which is which, now lol.

I got Mimās Head and Invincible on the same day. I also got both of the original ZG mounts from the same lockout, i got the raptor and immediately hearthed, then when reset was coming up i went out there again to try my luck on the tiger and got that too

Probably last week, actually.
I remembered that I hadnāt killed Gulādan in a while, went back and he dropped the green infernal.
Then I went and did a quick Antorus run to see if it could be done solo now and the Argus mount dropped.

Years ago, I want to say back in the Cataclysm era, though I could be wrong, I was doing some older content around Silithus/Unāgoro forā¦ some reason I canāt remember.
Anyways, within a span of ten minutes I somehow landed two BoE Epics.
RNG is crazy.

I was fish-bubbling in Volādun when the sea ray mount dropped, tried to trade it to a friend and accidently learned it, Then it dropped for him too!

Rolled a character on the EU realms to help out my parents, who are both collectors/keystone heroes. We were pugging some dps for a mythic 0 to gear me up and mum dropped a blingtron for us. I talk to him on this throwaway alt, open the gift, and immediately get the knockoff blingtron pet (median US price: 270k).

I get lucky on the stuff I donāt care about. I got Invincible while farming rep.
Iāve been trying for the Raven Lord mount and the Baron mount for awhile.
I have Rivendares Death Charger but I never farmed for it. I got hacked way back in the day during a hiatus from WoW. When I logged onto my Druid they were completely naked, all my stuff had been censored. I opened a ticket and got my stuff restored. But during that time the hacker (I assume a gold farmer/seller) had apparently gone into Strat and farmed the mount for me.

Nice for you to come out with that mount, at least, lol. Really sucks that your account got hacked though. 
It was the first and only time it happened, either during Wrath or Cata and I wasnāt brand new, as I started midway through TBC. But I was just getting the hang of things, had reached max level finally in Wrath, and it was horrifying. I thought I was gonna have to quest naked and one of my builders said to open a ticket. Thank goodness it worked. I may not have kept playing otherwise.
