Bruh, what even with this message I just upgraded to a 2019 GFX card because for the longest I did have a 2009 card…

Your card , that’s one thing.
The drivers for your card, those are another. Software thing. Check your drivers.

You should be able to just have Windows automatically update them through Device Manager.

Windows never kept up with all of the Nvidia updates for me.

I wouldn’t get the experience app but I do grab the latest drivers from nvidia directly pretty frequently. Their app is an email grab :rage:

Yeah. I should’ve phrased it better. You can tell Windows to “automatically” look for drivers in Device Manager but all that means is it reaches out on the internet to find them so you don’t have to find them yourself.

OP here after having my minor heart attack. It was the Nvidia Experience app or w/e there was a Driver update on 10/7 that I never downloaded because I havent checked in about a month or so.

Definately confused it saying “driver” for “card” and was about to lose it

ALL CLEAR PEOPLE PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR GAMES

I suspect they may be just a “Tell everyone JIC” thing.

Hope they remove this “feature”. Personally I don’t zero day drivers. I wait a week or 2 to see what the internet says about them.

Nvidia and radeon…both have burned me here.

Double check your drivers…sometimes there is a new driver without you knowing it

Yeah no not fAlling for that troll blizz. Last time i updated my drivers…BOTH times to newer versions I saw screen flickering. I’m staying with the old driver till nvidia fixes their software Tyvm.

Can confirm I updated mine through the app and it went away.

GPY drivers get updates all the time lol. I’m not sure what the issue is.

I roll with a 5700 XT and the most stable driver for this card was one of the earlier drivers back in 2019. I have no intention of updating my driver, and there is no reason to. Luckily, I can still play the game, but I will continue to have the hazard symbol continuously informing me of what I already know.

I have a dedicated gaming laptop, and I know from sad experience the reference drivers only make things worse. I’m stuck till MSI drops us a new driver.
