My friends have all restarted and updated, but we can’t invite anyone to a group because the game says we are using different versions of the game.

I have the same issue. Checked for updates and performed a scan and repair. Still says we are on different versions

This started with my wife and myself with 10.2.7.54601.

Make a premade group. Title it something only you and your friends will know. You can whisper them the name in game to tell them the name of the group if necessary. Then join them using the premade group function in the game. Quick work around for the issue until it’s fixed
