This. Is. Epic.
Warlock. 2004. Miss him every gosh darn day. lost the account info
May 2005. Forgotten name, forgotten server. Never went back to this character.
Background: My first character was (I think) Night Elf druid and I couldn’t tell you the server that character was created on if you held a gun to my head.
I two boxed at the time and had a human priest on the second box to heal bot the druid. The trouble is, I had to get the Night elf to Stormwind area and didn’t have in game coins to buy a port, so I had to do it via ship and death runs from Wetlands as a low teens NE Druid.
When I finally got the two boxes together and started questing in the Stormwind / Westfall / Red Ridge area, i was underwhelmed and bored. I played four years of Everquest as good race(s) and was just sick of the human/elf/dwarf side of things.
I (finally) talked a friend into leaving EQ1 and joining me in World of Warcraft. I wanted to make a clean sweep of things and relocated my two box empire to Thunderhorn and rolled an Undead Warlock paired with an Undead Priest. My friend rolled an Undead Mage. I was impressed with the Mage boom boom and started a Mage not long after and we leveled to 60 during the May 2005 time frame of Vanilla.
I eventually retired the Mage and rolled Chachi and moved her from Durotar to Under City and leveled her with the 60 priest heal bot, circa June 2005. She’s been my main character, ever since.
Kuain
NE rogue on Firetree
Played in vanilla, so 2005ish?
Best thing was switching from dagger-based-assassination to sword-based-combat when i got a nice purple from MC and my dps went from dead last to first!
No longer have that entire account, so no more kuain

About a month after Vanilla’s launch. Made him at the same time I made my Orc Warrior and Human Paladin, but he was first because my friend’s guild said they needed Holy priests.
-
I leveled him to 50 as a healer. Didn’t know that swapping specs was possible at the time. Was probably the most irritating experience in the game.
-
Still have him, but he stopped being my main in BC. Then I switched to two Horde mains and one Alliance one. Orc Warrior, Tauren Shaman and Human Paladin.
-
The rarest items I have on him are the blessed undead slayer cloth set and the Tabard of the Protector. Don’t remember if I got them for the pre BC event or the pre WOTLK event.
I think they made it unavailable. Also think they made the NPCs visible to everyone know. It has been a long time since I was on that island, so I am not 100% sure.
- Launch day
- Save teldrassil from imminent destruction along with dark shore/Kalimdor. Night elf saviour!
- I lost my account due to inactivity and it was hacked.
- see above
You can get your account back.
See I tried but they said they shut it down cause it was hacked by someone and used for gold farming or something, so they shut it down.
It’s ok anyway. Max level guy I had was 60, and this account has all my BFA mains!
This was my first toon, she started off as a night elf on the Velen server during the WotLK expansion. My most memorable time was creating a guild with my four friends. We had many events going on for people to participate in. It was a happy guild where people new or old could come together and enjoy the game. Until one day a bad apple was invited into the guild. Our gm fell for him and gave him a similar rank to hers. He began kicking me along with others from the guild and took some of our raiders with him to create his own raiding guild.
This is my first toon. I have still have my Rhok/Lhok and quiver. Still have my Drakefire Amulet and a few other things. Trying to remember if I still have my UBRS key
My first was an undead warrior, made during vanilla, deleted a while ago.
My favourite memory of playing her: I was in Duskwood collecting herbs and came across a human clothie several levels lower who was also getting herbs, but getting attacked and nearly killed by wolves. I killed them and then spent some time guarding her and killing off mobs while she went around picking stuff. She thanked me in emote and I did a /kneel and /kiss before leaving her (in order to get across that I was kissing her hand).
While it didn’t involve any major skill or getting any great loot, it was a nice bit of spontaneous cross-faction role-playing and I felt like freaking Galahad. Or Brienne of Tarth.

I created my first character in mid 2006 as vanilla was winding down under a different name. I was young at the time and the name was cringeworthy so it got changed.
-
That would have to be going into AQ 40 for the first time. Again, I was young (around 12-13 at the time) so I was pretty much absorbing every piece of information my much older raid leader gave me. I’ll never forget walking into Ouro’s room and seeing this massive sand worm emerge from the ground!
-
You’re looking at him. I race changed twice since creating him. Once in Legion and again when I unlocked Mag’har orcs as an Allied Race.
-
I still have 6 stacks of hunter ammo from vanilla in my bank as well as Sul’thraze because I foolishly bought into the “all weapons are hunter weapons” mantra back then but was quickly corrected by a friend I was playing with at the time. Not to mention the numerous Spirit beasts I staked out/tamed in Wrath-Cata. They aren’t items, I know but I did funnel a lot of time into getting them, dang it!
First was a dwarf hunter. He didn’t get out of the starter zone so I’ll go with second.
Blood elf paladin, made in mid BC. He made it to level 36 and was a dps holy paladin with an agility two hander that wore vendor bought whites and greys and got killed by raptors in stranglethorn vale.
No joke, he’s probably still dead in stranglethorn, and since he was on my first account that I forgot the credentials to…
Guess he just died to raptors for real. Kind of sad.
Rip noob pally.
Olak here is my first character and my main. He was created during my vacation on the last part of August 2018.
He did some dungeons here and there but mostly quests. he’s an awesome tank who has come a long way from his very confusing first days.

He’s still around and I’m still playing him
To get my old account back, I would have to prove my identity, so I was told, as the name I created the account as was not my real name.
Considering the account was hacked and all the stuff sold off (including mounts as items), I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.
