My dad had an Apple 2 GS, and I played Reader Rabbit on it.

Atari 800. Star Raiders and Defender. Defender was awesome.

Super Nintendo.
Some games,
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, Super Mario Kart. Donkey Kong Country.

Gameboy advanced first game I ever played was rugrats castle capers.

It was a Super Nintendo. But, the first one that I owned was a PlayStation 2.

If he was born in 2000, he existed during the last year of the 20th century. There is no year 0. We start with 1.

my absolute first was the Coleco Telstar which is just a pong clone. i would get an Atari 2600 two months afterward. reminder that back then we only had the living room TV on channel 3 to play it on, and parents wanted us kids off of it by the time 6pm news came on before dinner

so then we’d go to my first handheld game, Entex Baseball:

my parents never got me a Game&Watch system, but i managed to barter for this back in 1985:

I think it was a master system but technology kept upgrading so fast, it wasn’t until wow came along, that there was no longer any need to upgrade beyond PC’s

Most of my younger days were deep into Pen and Paper AD&D 1st edition, but I started role-playing games with a rather unknown Pen and Paper game called The Fantasy Trip.

Dungeon Master moved so we started playing AD&D.

Wow! You have an impressive collection. Nice.

I have lots of the old 1st edition AD&D books, like the Deities and Demigods first edition with the Cthulhu mythos. Chaosism sued TSR so future printings excluded it.

I’m not huge gamer, I’m more of a selective gamer. A few games that are special to me that I play over and over…like WoW. :dancer:

My Favorite Atari 2600 game. I played the heck out of it.

If you can handle the final difficulty of the enemies then you can beat the game. I’m pretty sure i’m the first person to have ā€œbeatenā€ it with a score of 999,990 (at that point the game ends) since at the time i got that score the high scores for it in game magazines were in about the 300,000 range.

My first computer was a Vic-20 but after returning them for not working like five times in a row i got a Commodore-16 instead as my first computer.

Favorite Arcade game back around then for me was this.

Intellivision

Pong back in 74/75.

Pong on a black n white tv …

The 70s were awesome.

I started PC gaming first, way back in 3rd grade, 2001 for me. I was 9.

First game ever was Golf Resort Tycoon 2! I didn’t find WoW until early 2007 though. And before that, my brother and I no lifed Grand Theft Auto Vice City and San Andreas!. In between that time, I found my first ever online game - It was called ā€œThereā€. After that, The Sims Online, and then finally WoW

I fancied Gorf and Qbert

My older brother used to annoy me with that thing, especially when he used to wake me up by playing merlin in from of me, or the freakin’ Simon >.<

Magnavox odyssey pong, several years before we got Atari 2600.
