Your first gaming system

Was it the Atari,NES, IBM Floppy disk?

Or we talking PlayStation or XBOX generation for you?

We all had to start with something.

I was born in 2000 though I grew up with a lot of old systems and old games. I believe I began with the SNES and played games like Street Fighter II.

TI99-4A

Prior was an Atari 2600, followed by an Apple 2E

Commodore 64 for me as well

I remember playing with some old Atari mini game things before I got an NES as a kid. Never looked back.

I had a Sega something, but I honestly don’t remember which one it was.

The one I remember the most is my N64 and Star Fox 64. :3

First was Atari 2600, but was too young to appreciate it. First one I really cared for was NES.

Sega Master System.
Good times.

Not really the family’s first system, but I remember having an Atari XEGS

Playing those really classic games like missile command, pole position and hardball vs my dad.

Good times

Atari pong. Two built in knobs, 3 game settings on one switch and an a-b difficulty on the other. lol

…had that for about a month before my first Atari system (which I still have and it works)…wish I still had the pong console still. That would be fun for less time than it would take to set up…:joy:

It blows my mind that there are people that were born in 2000 that are adults now. I remember Y2K and 911 like they were yesterday. Adults that never existed in the twentieth century… Man I feel old.

The first game I played was Pong, but I didn’t own it. The first games I owned were PC games. The first system I owned came long after (Sega).

Atari 2600.

Favorite system might be Sega Genesis or SNES.

Always wanted to play the NeoGeo but never got to. :frowning:

I think the first consone I had was a SNES (my brother had a NES before I was born).
First PC was a Pentium III with 96MB RAM and 4GB HDD I used to play Tibia xD

Pong and soon after Atari2600.

NES, unless you count the old Apple II
