Your favorite WoW zone music and scenery?

Where do you go to relax, listen to some music, have great scenery and just chill? Do you sit there with your character, fish and mellow out? What do you like about it?

I’d say my favorite place of all time is between Redridge or Westfall. Simple, chill, and had some nice scenic views.

Lots of fond memories of the old days with the guild I was the most active with in WoW too.

Favorite zone to look at? Probably Deepholm. I love rocks and crystals.

I miss the OLD Westfall and Defias dungeon. Mr Smite…I miss you so much. QwQ

First one I’ve heard say they like Swamp of Sorrows music. Very unique and interesting. :smiley:

I have not seen him in Panda land. Now I must go find him. Oh wait…I think I do remember now…still…we need Defias back to get things under control. shakes fist Vanessa was right. Look at all the homeless and refugees in Stormwind still. Nothing has been getting better for Alliance citizens. :c

Is there a way to pick what it plays?

For scenery, Shadowmoon Valley in WoD and Howling Fjord in Wrath.

That’s where I am right now actually. I enjoy the music too. The ocean is lovely and the rivers. I like it a lot.

My fav wow zone? :thinking: Probably, the dark, foreboding ones–plaguelands, drustvar, duskwood. As far as the music goes, it’s been awhile since I’ve listened to any of the zone music, so I’ll pass on this question.

There are a few tracks I run to (zandalar forever, iron docks, war, nightelves) but nothing really recent.

I think my top two favorite zones of all time are Winterspring and The Hinterlands. Winterspring is like a Dr. Seuss world come to life. Hinterlands has always had a feeling of mystery and (when danger existed in the open world) danger around every tree and over every hill.

In vanilla I’d just sit in The Hinterlands and watch the red sunset after a day of leveling through the zone was capped off by razing Jintha’alor with a group of friends.

Those are some old good memories indeed. I like watching the sunset in different zones especially over the waters of the sea or sitting on top of mountains too. Wished Blizzard would see making the world more immersive would help bring back so many old school players.

But Vasj’ir is criminally underrated. That zone was actually blizzards magnum opus imo.
