Wild pet, Hallowed Glowfly, Ringing Deeps.

I’ve seen others reporting this issue in TWW zones. Anyone know what’s up?

That’s this comment, I believe:

Bottom line: the presence of this battle pet in wild pet battle groups is a bit of a troll. There’s a special process to “capture” it instead.

I’m looking at Wowhead and it says:

When you’ve restored the lesser Stillstone Pond Keyflame in Hallowfall with 3x Radiant Remnant (picked up from the ground or dropped by creatures in the Keyflame area and all Hallowfall), Taerry Bilgestone will be available as a vendor for Sparkbug Jar. Buy one for 2x Radiant Remnant, activate it, and check the vegeatation along the nearby waters.

What, exactly, does “restoring the lesser Stillstone Pond Keyflame with 3x Radiant Remnants” entail? Is this a quest?

It’s a repeatable world event trigger (associated with daily quests in that subzone).

Loot Radiant Remnants from things you kill in the area. Interact with the correct Lesser Keyflame (little unlit brazier on the ground, usually near buildings). That lights it and activates a nearby NPC to give out a daily quest. It’s also a prerequisite for the vendor, I guess.

Okay, I was just in the area, but the comments on Wowhead make it seem like there’s only one. In fact, there seemed to be several of those Keyflames present.

Yeah, which means you’ll have to figure out which one the “lesser Stillstone Pond Keyflame” is.

I assume “Stillstone Pond” is a specific subregion where the intended lesser keyflame is found.

It may not even be the same one for each person. I saw one person interact and throw Radiant Remnants into one of those barrels, but I couldn’t interact with it at all.

Also, there are “Lost Chests” on the ground that give Radiant Remnants, which are visible on your minimap. The ones I picked up gave me anywhere from 3-5 Radiant Remnants. They give nothing else, however.

Stillstone Pond key flame where Taerry (glow jar vendor) spawns is near 66, 24.

Bushes just north and west of him are where I found my glowflies.
