- Void Dreadlords smuggle the Jailer’s robot body out of Shadowlands to reboot and pump him full of Void.

we find out the titans have been hunting for Azeroth because they think she’s their mother but she finds them cringe and has us kill them instead
Illidan shows up, and still angry about not getting with Tyrande decides he’s gonna steal Beledar and make it into a super giant Titan ring to try and get her attention one last time.
However, in order to pull this off he’s gonna need a special team with all the right skills. Utilizing the power of the MacGuffin of Destiny, he travels the cosmos and convinces alternate reality versions of Garrosh (the muscle), Arthas (the inspiring leader), Evil Jaina (like normal Jaina but in that universe everyone acknowledges sinking your own people is a war crime), Badass Thrall (self explanatory), Pre-Retcon Aegwynn (the safe cracker) and The Jailer (the getaway driver).
The heroes are always one step behind, until they catch up to the whole gang, but Illidan, always so clever, has one last surprise - Alternate Universe Sargeras, but he’s the final boss from the original 1987 Mike Tyson’s Punch Out!
In Azeroth’s darkest hour, only Anduin and Thrall can hug it out and summon Godzilla and Kong to save us all.

We have a boss fight with Illidan at the base of Icecrown Citadel where he fought Arthas in WC3.
Iridikeon steals the essence of dimensious when we defeat him and xalatath and uses it to kill the titans when they arrive on Azeroth. With the void defeated Sargeras doesnt want to do the burning crusade anymore. He’s been purged of demonic appearance while in his titan prison. We find Illidan and convince him Sargeras is our last hope to save Azeroth. He frees the last titan. Him and Sargeras are buddies now and return to Azeroth to help us stop a giant voidy mutated chronenburg irridikron.
Along the way the following heros die:
Thrall, Jaina, Illidan, and a bunch of B-listers.
Anduin leads the final battle, before or after taking back up the mantle of King of stormwind and leader of the defenders of Azeroth.
Factions are effectively removed from the game moving forward
At some point during this hubbub we were betrayed by the arathi from the empire. They are the new baddy on the horizon.

Can’t figure out is this an (un)intentional typo or a deleted recipe from the Wow cookbook.
We find out that all our leaders are suffering from various bouts of sadness and owies, so we take them to the Last Titan, who tells them that together they are strong and that hugs are what we should be doing. To embrace ones enemies is strength and to maintain a vision of strength as a leader is weakness.

I know nothing of titans or anything that is really going on in this story since Legion but!!! I do love me some Charlie’s Angels I wanted to be a Angel so bad growing up but dad whipped me. I turned out gay anyway so he failed at whatever he was trying to whip out of me. and Jacklyn Smith is a queen

We actually survived, waking up on an unknown planet

He totally comes back and removes the sword.
We all wake up in an underground jail cell, as we open our eyes we see a giant cat-dog-thing playing with our shoes. Turns out, we never did beat Hogger. We went into the Stockades but he whooped our butts and knocked us out, and everything since cata has been a dream. Hogger was guarding a titan relic and he really was the end game boss.
Illidan develops carpal tunnel from tryharding his rotation against Sargeras for untold eons, and has to drop combat so he can go to the doctor. Sargeras takes advantage of that and flies back to Azeroth to pick up his sword, and takes note of an increasingly anti-Titan sentiment among the mortal races. He decides to spill the beans to the mortals about the truth of the Pantheon’s ideal of Order, what really happened with the Elemental Lords and the Old Gods, and we feel like huge jerks for being mean to the Twilight’s Hammer and Primalists (plus the Earthen are justifiably irate about the Titans’ treatment of them and their ancestors). The Titans show up, realize that we finally got sick of thwarting and disarming all of their genocide machines whenever something slightly deviant happens to their plans, and decide that it’s time to wake Azeroth up before we kick their shins.
In the ensuing carnage, Iridikron pulls out the Heart of Darkness and systematically sucks up the Titans like he’s catching pokemon with it. Unlike Ash, he can’t catch 'em all so he just grabs a few and uses them to empower Azeroth so she can make us go SSGB and knock off the rest as we turn the pantheon into a set of loot pinatas. The only titans left are Sargeras, and the sleeping Azeroth. Sargeras is still all about resetting the universe to he tries to kill her, but Illidan finally catches up and we give him all of our energy so he can Spirit Bomb the former lord of the burning crusade and finally kill him for real.
Azeroth, as the Last Titan, is thoroughly fed up with everything despite sleeping through it all. She wakes up, decides that maybe drugs are bad after all, and checks into a rehab facility.
They pull some rumored sword out of the planet and it explodes… The End!
Me too, but the more I think about it, the more I think I just spoiled the next 5 years of wow for you guys.

Illidan, Sargeras, Azeroth and the Titans battle the void lords. It’s a brutal battle with both sides being destroyed but with their final breath the azeroth+titans+sargeras make Illidan a titan. The Last Titan.
