Your covenant choice, and why

Night Fae, because druid. Then Kyrian for my priest. After that I’m in full AMG mode. I want to get my other characters through the other two, just not sure which ones yet (maybe DK in Maldraxxus and lock or mage in Revendreth). Since I figured out my first two, I’ll wait and get a feel for the next ones.

ima pick one until i feel like my class is lacking somewhere and then find out another covenant was probably better for me in the area i was lacking.

an obvious example: say you pick kyrian on a ret pally, because duh, but then you’re like damn im getting kitted constantly and im so slow. welp there is a covenant for that, and you picked the wrong one.

Venthyr - First off, I love the theme and the songs in the zone. Then there is the fact that my boy Kael’thas is “part” of their covenant, as well as their mini-games are all about setting up parties to gain the support of the nobility, and power struggle through subtle “friendly” interactions is something I really find interesting.

What I don’t like however is that the mail set is as ugly as they come and Flayed Shot is simming leagues behind Resonating Arrow apparently, which is a bummer, if there is no tunning until Castle Nathria unlocks, I may have to switch covenants.

Night fas for the lead off NE hunter. Tyrande is there, so she will my NE lead.

Venthyr for the lead horde BE DH. Time for the meeting of the fel loving blood elves to become a thing.

Lead off choices for the RP factor. Later on alts will be based off wanted mogs or abilities wanted for farming stuff.

I mix RP pleasure with work lol.

All of them, because I have plenty of alts.

As for which one first? Probably nature dudes over in ardenweald. I like their mogs and aesthetic.

Pciking between kyrian or night fae for my Druid and between necrolords and venthyr for my DK. It sucks because best choice for pvp and pve dont match up well at all

Haven’t given it much thought. I guess I’ll start with whichever one looks coolest to me. With 21 max level characters I’m sure I’ll end up with every covenant in each faction.

venthyr for my main DH, cause they are cool and kael’thas and garrosh and all that
my cloth alt goes maldraxxus for tmog without a dress

Hahaha yeah I wish I would’ve avoided the spoilers. Oh well

Uther isnt super into the Kyrian tbh.

Night Fae, for… reasons.

Plus there leather set looks better than Necrolords imo

Whatever my friends pick because I couldn’t possibly care less.

Night Fae. It is the most appropriate for a kaldorei.

Kyrian for my Mage, which is my main character. Mainly for appearances for rewards from gear. I don’t worry about min/max criteria since I only do PvE & LFR content, it doesn’t matter in the end. The title rewards are nice from the Venthyr (Count/Countess) & Maldraxxus (Baron/Baroness), but that is not enough to make me choose them as Covenant choices for my main character. Perhaps Venthyr for one of my alts.

THe one that fits my character’s sensabilities. Bastion just makes you want to join the rebelling faction so my pally wants to go night fae.

But there are those who play warcraft like a calculator and can only see the 0.00001 percent increase so they’ll simply go with whatever outputs a slightly larger number on their calculator screen. I mean…why are you even playing this game?

NE resto druid going night fae because obviously, and I won’t hear anything else about it. It just has to be.

Holy/disc priest will be kyrian. Semi-works out for what’s recommended at the moment but also seems thematic.

I’ll probably choose which alts to level after that based on matching them to the other two covenants but I’m not in a rush to decide that just yet. Got a blood DK, sub rogue, fury warr, arcane mage and havoc DH all to choose from …

My BM hunter is going Kyrian and my Shadow Priest is going Necrolord. I’m not going for the mogs, just what looks like it would work best with my character’s class.

I want to sample the Covenant abilities before I make a choice. But likely, I will go with Night Fae for character/headcanon reasons … though Venthyr looks interesting, too.

I’m going Venthyr on my priest. Reversing the effects of damage and healing is basically a CC, but one that cannot be trinketed.

Kyrian Protection Paladin, cus Divine Toll obviously.

If you play Prot and don’t roll Kyrian then you are gimping yourself for Torghast, in fact I think they ran the original test concept with a Prot Pally using DT, that’s how good it feels.
