…I admit to being one of those that thought it was pronounced like Rahveej >.>
Baps nightborne with newspaper
Bad necro… bad!
Creature
Kareecha
Kayayayeercha
Kurchur
I’ve heard dozen of them.
For me people always add an n to my name for some reason and turn it into Seraphina.
I want to pronounce your name as “Kay-Cher”
I read it as Care-cha. It’s a cool looking name, however it’s pronounced.
Never had an issue so far - I reckon just cause all 3 have pretty easy pronounciations.
Elk is hard to get wrong
Miss snu-snu moar ?
Listen here. I know people that would pronounce that E as a U just for saying that xD
No, not really. My names are normally shortened by others though.
I get
So-sorry
And sas-a-ray a lot
While 95% of people get it right, I have heard Jigabear and Gugabear a time or two. And Gigaburr for that matter. Mostly from people messing around though.
People always call me Bo-Bo. That second B in the middle is either invisible or they think it’s a silent B.
Bob-Bow
Daiza has been pronounced both “Day-za” and “Die-za”.
I have honestly yet to figure out which I prefer. Amusingly, I have noticed in WoW most people will pronounce it “Day-za” while XIV they would pronounce it “Die-za”.
How, in my mind, it is said: “Dee-Dar-Roo”
You would not believe the number of people who add extra letters. I’ve had:
Deandaroo
Deedeeru
Dedandaro
Dendara
Like DUDE where are they getting extra letters XD
Always read it as “Ded-ah-roo”
That works too, in roleplaying people usually call her Daru for short, or Dedaru’s wife calls her “Blue” as an endearing nickname
That’s adorable.
In turn Dedaru’s Wife (A red-headed Gilnean) is nicknamed “Red”.
Yeah it is frelling adorable, I love it XD
But I just dunno where people (outside of RP AKA voice chat) get the extra dang letters for her name, it’s like they can’t read or something.
Some people’s reading comprehension is just really, really bad apparently xD
