Curious, I haven’t gotten a feel for Necrolords yet, but Tezan/Dreamweaver/Niya/Guardian/Duskleaf has been my team for harder missions as night fae.

Necrolord is the only one of mine that completed all the 60 Elite missions for the mounts; after the multiple Night Fae nerfs. 2 abominations, the blacksmith tank, the doctor, and plaguey are crazy together.

I had a bit of a crack at it at the start of the expansion. I did just enough to figure out that the only winning move is to not play.
I don’t even unlock the msision table on my alts anymore.

That’s too bad, it’s a really good easy source of free anima, as long as you aren’t dumb enough to heal your troops with it.

You can actually bank all your completed anima missions through out the week and then collect the rewards after accepting the 1000 anima weekly.
Hesitant to state this because it seems like a substantial over site given there current design philosophies. After all, not having to grind out that extra 200-300 anima is a lot of lost engagement.

You get him through Night Fae Renown if I recall correctly scratches head
Te’zan is one of the 2 most powerful damage dealers for NF. The other being Lloth’wellyn (who I can’t believe they buffed from OP to godmode)
Tezan eats the melee line, Lloth the backline
I pretty much never run full companion teams, but if I did…
Korayn, Kota, Te’zan, Dreamweaver, Lloth
Absurd damage, healing, damage resistance, focused damage, and mega AOE.

The ROI isn’t there. Yeah, spend 5 anima and get 30 back, great. But given the time waste, it’s a net loss.
At the current rate of acquisition, Anima is largely worthless to me. It only matters for the covenant sets. Once the armor is all upgraded, I only bother getting anima for the weekly quest (and I’ll probably stop that now, if there’s no more renown?)
I don’t care about the cosmetics, and I would like to explore the covenant features, but the costs are too high to bother.

Except its not a time waste. It’s a time delay. You’re not doing anything. You start the missions, then collect them later. If you have the phone app, it’s literally minutes per day.
If you bothered upgrading your covenant set, then you don’t really have that much else to do, so might as well farm cosmetics with Anima.

i just do dreamweaver cheese whenever i need to get the augment runes or pet battle tokens.
btw everyone, make sure you’re always getting pet battle tokens…important currency often overlooked (even if you dont’ care about pet battles right now!) 
you should also be visiting your BFA mission table to farm them there too, because you can double up on some missions

Exactly. Minutes per day. Time. That’s literally your life. Don’t spend it on something you don’t enjoy.
Sounds like an insufferable chore. I don’t care much about cosmetics. I’m certainly not going to “work” for it.
Yes. I don’t expect you to understand, especially if you actually enjoy (or can tolerate) it. But I’m not wasting minutes, or even seconds on my life on something as dull and annoying as those mission tables.
I do, especially the overhaul they gave it as opposed to preveiously.
