You want more healers in Solo Shuffle

That still doesnt answer the main question I have, if all these players you’re playing against are so bad, shouldn’t you be able to beat them, and then gain rating to a point where you’re playing with players at your skill level that don’t miss traps or kicks?

When I’m healing, I’ve noticed if no one calls out a target at start, our chances of winning drops dramatically. It’s definitely a bad sign if dps don’t even do that.

Yep and that’s about as valid an expectation as my system being implemented.

Week 1 elite bm hunter here not trapping or kicking any game because I can 123 button rotation and ignore every mechanic this game has for PvP.

You can’t escape bad players abusing blizzard’s poor balancing, but you can punish them for being bad at the game.

How do you escape s1 rework ret? You didn’t. You just fought it 24/7 and never won. They could bubble opener, and never press a utility button and they’d farm 5x bcon contenders.

BM hunter (this season or last) is no where close to as bad as that though. You aren’t even getting past 2k if you’re missing all your traps/interrupts

The sea of BM hunters S1 doing exactly that proves you wrong immediately.

My bm was under 1600 while my rogue was 2100 last season. Id say any ranged spec is far harder than any melee soec

I can’t lie, I lose all the time in shuffle to people who I think are bad.

The main one is fury warriors without a single neuron firing in their brain. I’m talking an awareness of only the target they chose at the start to hit, lining the healer, .5sec DRed stuns…yet will accidentally fear the healer when they use shout as an interrupt and secure a win.

I may not be the best, but I sure as hell am not getting juked, proccing their precog and then stormbolting into it (happens literally all the time).

BM hunters are usually at least aware of what’s going on, it’s just the spec attracts lazy players imo. They want to pvp as easily as possible.

I wish this was the case but unfortunately I have been suspended 3 times

Idk man. I was 2100 on rogue last season although a fluke still got the acheivement. My bm never made it above 1600

AKSHULLY, when I mess up it’s just an isolated mistake or mechanical issue with small indie company that doesn’t reflect my overall skill as a player, while when others (and particularly the dps on my team) mess up, it means that they’re irredeemable garbage who should find a different hobby so that absolute pictures of perfection like me can enjoy the game in peace

I will almost gaurentee there is massive context you are purposefully leaving out here and you hide your armory apparently so it can’t be verified how convenient.

That’s the issue I think, there’s no constructive criticism , the convo is usually “omg bad” “spitter” “trash” or if someone does offer even an ounce of advice (like me) like hey we have to use all our coolies , still have trinket swap and a charge of PS, I get flamed ultra hard for things that may or may not be true without watching a vod of the gameplay.

In essence, silence is golden

Everyone says i hide my armory? Im back after a long break in a new account not hiding anything. What does that even mean? No context i just dont know how to kite with ranged dps. Why u tryin to look up my skirt anyway?

Erm. You can kind of do this by posting on an old, transferred or broken char without a relog or something but I feel like it’s rarely done intentionally. Most people post on an alt, get found to be lying after linked to their main then do the economic alternative to a second account which is post on a level 10 classic char.

Disabling data sharing doesn’t do anything to Blizzard site stuff but does prevent third party sites from pulling info which is what people generally do when hiding, too.

Yeah, that’s the reason.
Gamers being offended by gamers in a game.
That doesn’t happen anywhere else.

Hot take
Healing role sucks to play.
Sucks even more in arena because you already start out as a weaker version of your character and progressively get weaker until you can no longer perform.
Maybe that’s why?

Nah, you’re right. Not participating to avoid being offended by strangers on the internet sounds more realistic.

Yeah armory will armory. He is a ghost on every third party site though so my guess is he hid. Either way unimportant, clearly by what he had posted he is rage baiting or shares a personality trait with swole

Don’t play Solo Shuffle, too many insufferable people in any arena mode. Go to BG Blitz. If you’re playing objective / following strat, it’s actually a pleasant experience. Got to ratings I would’ve never bothered to get to in arena because the grind is actually enjoyable. Just don’t hesitate to ignore anyone from Tich and Illidan the second they start getting annoying, seems to be a solid formula.

I fought a 2350 cr BM hunter a couple days ago in 2s that didn’t land a single trap, was backpedaling, turtled nothing early in the game, gave my healer precog probably 8 times and would LoS during his own CDs. Still won because he ran around a pillar all game and passively damped us with insane passive pressure.

BM is ridiculously broken rn. They would have arguably been A+ to S tier without the 10% buff to -everything-.

I do 100% agree here but solo queues into rated content will always end like this as you are forming a team with randoms.

Have only healed a few rounds this season on my disc and have had some good feedback from my fellow DPS. The only person who trolled me was the other healer (rsham) in SS telling me I should have done better and imagine losing a game to an rsham

shrug water off a ducks back

I mainly heal and from what I’ve read it sounds like you need to find a backbone.
Yes, turning chat off is an option. To say otherwise is just hilariously wrong.
Healers like you are the problem.
