So I wasn’t able to research Trebalim understanding because its was timegated… and now I can’t bloody research it because of a game bug that is saying its being learned on another character (It isn’t!). Seriously, let me know when the game is actually ready to play…

This is a known bug posted on Wowhead.
Given the attention it’s certainly getting, the developers are likely aware of it already and hopefully it’ll be fixed soon 
You will need to post in the Bug Forum. There are no GMs here, let alone Devs. Our SFAs are moreso limited to things on the forum. Bugs can only be addressed by the Devs. I see another thread already over there on this issue.
Or you’d prefer to offer your constructive criticism, suggestions or feedback, I would suggest using the in-game suggestion interface as again - none of the staff that needs to see/hear it come here.
