You’re absolutely right. They thought we wanted a retail version of AV, but we didn’t. That’s what happens when you realize retail wet the bed.

Same thing happened to me today when the classic servers were down. I thought i wanted some warcraft, so i logged into retail, but i didn’t.

I don’t know about you, but I do not want 2, 4, 6, 12 hour long AV matches. I will take these 10 minute/ 2300+ honor matches over that crap any day.

If you wanted retail why are you here?
