Nah. She knows the Orcs are poor victims who are always manipulated by someone else. That time was Deathwing using them.
When an Orc attacks you, remember it is not because he wants, it is because he was told to by a big bad. This is the chance to expose the big bad in turn.

They talk about this in the novel War Crimes, as Alexstrazsa is brought to the trial of Garrosh to speak.
Alexstrazsa is the guardian of all life and when asked what she would do if confronted by her Dragonmaw captors… she’d pardon them if they asked her forgiveness. She loves ALL life on Azeroth.
She’s a queen 
As magnanimous and benevolent as she is beautiful.

Orcs seem to have a very nasty underlying addiction problem.
OG-MU orcs were hopped up on Fel.
MU Dragonmaw Orcs were hopped up on Deathwing / Twilight Hammer juice boxes.
AU Yrel’s orcs are hopped up on Naaru Dust.
Orcs of all universes and clans need medical professionals and counseling.
Kaja Cola now comes in Diet, and has shown superb quality and success to combat such illness in Azeroth, and cost less and easily accessible for orcs low on gold.

I fully expect to be thrown into the ocean on meeting her.
She already stated in War Crimes that she has forgiven the orcs as a people and love them as much as she loves everyone else.
Except for Nekros. She ate him. Very quickly once given the chance.
She’s also not please with Death Knights, but I think this is more to do with them explicitly not needing to kill her children for a mount, but doing so anyway because lol.

There’s a quest somewhat related to that in the first zone of DF. Doesn’t have alexstrasza and I’m not sure if non Evokers get the quest. I stumbled upon it on an alt since it wasn’t connected to any other quest chains

Which means Daneuser will make her go insane and we will kill her in DF 
For a planet that has been in a perpetual state of war since…idk…forever, there is remarkably very little PTSD going around. The people of Azeroth must be the most traumatized humanoids in the cosmos.
Heck the writers might not deal with that stuff so they can’t write it.
