These mounts and rewards should be earned, it should take team work and time or the rewards lose value.

You’re right, every mount should only be available during it’s release expansion. Give every mount in the game the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur treatment. That’ll make players value their stuff!

It would increase subs, MMOs are about team work and encouraging people to party up for old content increases the life span of that content.

I sort of agree, but I think this is better done with Timewalking which they’ve been trying to implement for awhile. I think how everything is now is completely fine.

Time walking is a good addition to the game but it should be permanent across all old content otherwise the old content’s rewards lose purpose.
You should have to earn the raid loot you want, I just don’t see why people want it all handed to them.

This is the right path… increase the difficulty and add some worthy rewards… let people solo the trivial content for the old rewards

Why should old raids become “trivial” content? Every raid, old or new should scale the same to increase the life span of that content.

It’s not handed to them… it’s part of the time investment transaction. Only in this case the time investment is a couple years waiting for the content to become trivial. The rewards have lost value anyway due to be from ‘old content’ …

Well that’s my point, no one looks at Invincible like an achievement anymore. You can 1 shot the raid on 20 alts.
If they actually made old content scale, those mounts despite being old will retain their prestige while giving blizzard the ability to make old content more relevant.

Or in my case the 12+ years I’ve spent farming certain mounts because the dice gods truly hate me.
