Maybe make drums usable in solo blitz? I do see your point though.

Please go back to Bloodlust being unusable in Rated BG/Blitz. It is ok if both teams have Bloodlust and use it at an appropriate time, but lust vs no lust is lame. Also sometimes you get multiple people with it on your team and none of them use it.

I like the idea of giving it as an action button. If 3 people press it the buff goes off. This way it isn’t used at troll time.

i already answered this.
also if lust is a deciding factor in a team fight so are purges and dispels.
