When I’m running with my healer friend? Good luck getting all three DPS to vote to kick me. If they do, they lose the tank and healer… and have to wait 20 minutes for another.

It’s almost instant, and yes. If that is actually your attitude when you tank then I’m sure that you’ve been kicked many times.
