If at level 25 they revamped and made the factions have a dungeon they normally don’t get to do…

Horde having Level-Up Raid Stockades || Alliance having Level-Up Raid Ragefire Chasm.

… All the city guards set to level 25, and you have to fight your way through the city to get your raid.

Don’t mind me… I just may be getting a little bloodthirsty the closer we get to release.

I would love that. Unfortunately, most players will complain that it’s an unnecessary inconvenience.
