If you really need to let something out. You should look for payed professionals not wait till you get flamed down into oblivion.

But that’s why I am saying it. Awareness is a good first step towards prevention.

I feel that so much more than I think you can know.
Also, you should go to Icecrown, the server. W.H.U. is the worlds most primier DWARF HUNTER ONLY guild. Only Dwarves that are Hunters can join their ranks and they are some of the most fantastic people to ever play WoW. I think you would love it there bro.

I see it like this…Can you afford to accidentally lose about 45 cents a day? If so, then you aren’t losing much. That is actually one of the biggest things in Blizzards favour, the price of their subscription hasn’t changed (that I know of) in all of WoW history. I am sure some weird fluctuations happened because of inflation or something in another country, but I can’t remember even one time where I paid more than any other month for my subscription.

It’s about 45 cents. You don’t have to justify it, but I helped you find a justification for why you don’t have to play lol. It helps some other people, so maybe.

AHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHHAH
tiny face yeah

I wish we could have WoW VR, then we could have those cool VR treadmills and actually run to play our characters. Then the WoW community would be the most shreded people on the planet because of all the running back after wipes…

I unsubscribed when the game was trash.
My herbalism says it all.
Khaz’algar 100/100
Dragon Isles 100/100
Shadowlands 150/150
Zandalari(bfa) 76/175
Everything else, maxxed out. I couldn’t be bothered in the slightest with BFA. Objectively the worst expansion. It made me unsubscribe long enough to miss out on the whole thing as well as all of Shadowlands. I came back during SL with about 23 charges in the Catalyst.
BFA was so bad it made me entirely lose faith and missed all of shadowlands.

Say what you will about the overarching story, but the zones and the quests and stories in the zones? Flawless. Shadowlands was peak zone design and quest design to me. Especially as a DnD lover, going to Zereth Mortis was absolutely the pinnacle. No other game has done “Center of All Creation” quite as good as Shadowlands.
Again, overarching story and some other annoyances like torghast…Shadowlands was my favourite expansion after perhaps Wrath and Legion. And in my defense, I only did WoD for so long because my whole raid group just said "screw it, lets keep running HFC Mythic and get as much as we can so everybody just kept running their alts through lol. I think I have like 8 classes that I dragged through HFC mythic.

you are, quite literally, the only person trying to flame. LITERALLY everybody else figured it out, even the people who had questions.

So maybe you need to take a moment and do some self reflection and figure out why you tried so hard…

Every game ever made could be called a Skinner box if you squint real hard.

Loot oriented games like MMOs and Diablo have always technically been a skinner box.

When it comes to most modern day live service games, they pretty much all use several mechanics to try to get you to form a habit out of playing the game on a regular basis as a way of keeping you invested.

What? A skinner box? At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely within WoW?

They’ve been manipulating me and forcing me to play for 15 years. I haven’t broken out yet but this year is the year I can feel it.

it’s like when they put a monkey in a cage and then he gets food/rewards if he does the puzzles right.

That sounds like the kind of comparison that can be made to an untold number of activities.

I think most games are.

Life itself is a skinner box, somewhat?

Do the things your job/gov’t/society wants of you, get rewarded, usually in promotions/money.

Of course you don’t have to, but generally you’d want to, to improve your own situation.
