I had this issue solved the last time Blizzard did this with the popups that won’t go away, but now they’ve changed something since the patch and these popups won’t go away. To be clear, I am aware that I have unspent talent points (because ya’ know, Blizz changed the talents and unspent them for me, thanks so much). I don’t want to spend them right now. I want to be left alone to leave this alt alone for what it is… an alt that I’m not playing right now, but need to be able to access bags and whatnot for crafting, etc.
There isn’t even a way to close this popup. No “x” to click. It goes away if you open the Talent screen, and then promptly comes back when you close it if you haven’t spent the points. This popup is covering up other elements of my screen… action bars and bags that I need access to.
So, can some kind person help me out with an addon or another way to fix this problem yet again?

Or if you want an addon so it won’t show initially, try pasting the following to the addon.bool.no website:
hooksecurefunc("MainMenuMicroButton_ShowAlert", function(self, alert)
if alert == TALENT_MICRO_BUTTON_UNSPENT_TALENTS then
MainMenuMicroButton_HideAlert(self)
MicroButtonPulseStop(self)
end
end)
Only hides the “Unspent Talents” alert.

I do want something that will hide it seamlessly so I never know it’s there. This didn’t work either. I think this is similar to what I had before that did work (maybe even the same thing?) but Blizz seems to have changed something about how these work, and this didn’t make it disappear. Thanks for trying!

Oooooh, it DOES work! Ya’ know, I’m used to addons just being auto-enabled when you install them, so I didn’t check whether it was. This one didn’t, and when I checked it just now, it wasn’t enabled. THANK YOU for your help! You’re awesome!
