I would give away anything i had stored and quit.

I would transfer everything to my favorite character and then delete every other character in my collection. Once that was done, I would then fly out to my favorite zone in the game. Nagrand, Outlands. I’d land on a floating rock late at night with a view of Telaar and all of the waterfalls and night sky. There, I would make one more campfire, sit down, stare up at the sky, and listen to my favorite music.
Then log out, and go back to my life.

I would tour my favorite places and take screenshots.
One of the reason I came back to WoW after quitting for a few years was that I missed seeing Booty Bay.
Weird but I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to see it again, so screenshots of things I’d miss and things I like, so I’d have a scrapbook of things.

But if I were to really quit WoW, I’d say goodbye to all my dear friends and guildies. By that time I’m no longer a gamer; I’m now a drone operator.

The same thing I do everyday
I would announce in trade chat that whoever finds me in hide-n-seek will receive all my gold. Then, immediately log out and go run some errands.
No, for real. I’d enjoy the sites of Mulgore and Elwynn Forest one last time.
It matters to me whether this ‘one day left’ is because the game’s shutting down entirely, or I’m just losing access to it for some reason. If it’s the latter I probably won’t do anything special. But if this is the end of WoW as a whole, I’d probably try to get some more screenshots with my friends/guildies as we try to go on one last adventure somewhere.

Park my characters in places they’d be comfort and log out. No, not giving out money or anything.
This! Soak in all my favorite zones one last time to keep a fresh memory to make them last forever and take and insane amount of pictures so I can go back to and reminisce!
