You have learned to create a new item: The Ringing Deeps

I was working on leveling fishing when I get the notification: “You have learned to create a new item: The Ringing Deeps.” Is this a glitch or is there some kind of fishing crafted item named after The Ringing Deeps?

Fishing in WW “unlocks” at certain levels.

You can fish before it, but when you reach the “recommended” level for a zone. It tells you you unlocked it, and adds the info to your fishing journal.

This was more helpful that anything I found in the game.
