I mean this has been part of the game for a long time, it only really gets in the way when farming mounts in normal dungeons otherwise it never comes up. I think it’s something to prevent botting? Idk.
Similar topic, why are legacy raids still on weekly lockout, the lockout doesn’t really serve much purpose nowadays for old raids, especially since you can just pop on an alt and try again for mog and mount farms.

For some reason current raids have lockouts.
To artificially prolong subscriptions. There is no other reason.

It’s 10 instances an hour.
It’s been like that for years.
It’s to stop bots from doing the farming they used to do. It has to also apply to current raids because of trash farming. It’s literally that simple.
I’ve very very rarely hit the limit. It means you’re clearing what you’re doing at a faster rate than 6 minutes per run which is a bit too fast regardless.

So what you’re saying is you never really farm old content until now. This has been a thing for several expansions now.

Every hour, just set the oven to 420 and bake. With a supply of cakes, damn you good!!

Per server.
If you reach the cap on one server but have others elsewhere, switch over and you can keep going.
If all your characters are on one server though, yeah… sucks.
…How many cakes are we talking and what kind? Because baking sounds really lovely right now. I really dislike the instance restriction on old legacy content.

Lockouts need to go for all legacy content. Rare spawns of legacy content need faster respawn rates. Collectors Bounty needs to be upped.

gotta love the most toxic online community to exist, the wow community. Community has a problem that is occuring more frequently do to a limited time event, asks for a fix for said event, players start bashing said player while worshiping Blizzard.
considering you are playing one of the fastest classes in the game, they did this because of Demon hunters. I blame you.
