Tech Support is for technical issues, like not being able to connect. Customer Support is not going to miraculously going to give you a resolution if one is not available in Tech Support.
You don’t see any blue post on this yet because the SFAs don’t cover the Support forums 24/7.
Okay well here I am in tech support, still cannot connect, and still there’s no solution.
Only work around for me is using a free VPN.
