I have been having this issue for last 24 hours after playing wow on this new computer. I sometimes can play for 15 minutes , 1 minute, 5 minutes. drops are completely random and annoying.
so far i have followed all steps with add ons and interface steps. i have tried going to direct 11 or 11legacy. no help.

I’ve been through everything they have listed a fixes.

I have over 1tb a sec fiber. I’m wired not wifi(it does it on both). I have a well beyond the requirements to operate. And I turned all settings down. Yet only wow had this issue… nothing on steam or anything other games.

My wife’s 10 year old Vista laptop has no issues on wifi…

This should be your first hint.
If you went through the steps and made sure you updated all your computers drivers before trying to play than fill in a report.
If not follow the steps below.

1. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
2. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update .
3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
4. Select Update Driver .

I have as well except I cant even log in to connect. 24+ hours. Same computer, same comcast and yet nothing

to be clear, your issue isn’t the game or your computer crashing, it’s that you’re disconnecting?
