I use the ingame menu to log out. The ‘disconnected’ message appears on the character/realm selection screen. I click ‘ok’ and the dialog disappears. I choose the next toon or change realm and everything is fine. I’m not actually disconnected. I only get the huge pop up dialog that says I am.

Run in to this myself a few times. It will keep doing it every time you go back to the character selection screen until you exit the game entirely and reopen it. It’s really random when it does this too.

Looks like this issue is rearing it’s ugly head again with the prepatch of DF. I’m getting those error messages every time I switch toons but am not actually disconnected. Doesn’t matter which realm I’m playing on, it’s all toons every time I switch to a different one.

Here we are well into Dragonflight, several patches in and this is still happening at random…
